Luigi Bosca Optimizes Data Management with Business Intelligence

Since 2019, we have led the Business Intelligence (BI) area at Luigi Bosca, working together with their internal systems team and the database provider consultant.

We started the project with the Finance department, which spearheaded the creation of dashboards for key indicators such as balance sheets, cash conversion cycles, EBITDA, P&L, sales, and credits, among others.

Over time, as these dashboards were adopted by other departments, the project expanded.

with the goal of integrating all company reports into Tableau.

This allowed us to replace the use of Excel and manual data downloads, even incorporating automatic subscriptions to daily email reports.

Currently, in addition to Finance, the system is used by Domestic Sales, Foreign Sales, Enology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Costing. On Tableau Cloud, we manage over 350 dashboards, distributed across 150 workbooks, with more than 350 connections to various data sources.

Throughout the project, we have worked with multiple sources, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Salesforce, Google Analytics, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure, in many cases combining several of them to get a comprehensive view of the business.
